I recently quit smoking weed about a week ago because my partner and I are planning to conceive. I’ve been smoking for around 12 years, and it really helped with my anxiety and migraines, which I’ve dealt with since I was a kid.

Since stopping, I’ve been having extremely vivid dreams that wake me up multiple times during the night and I’m feeling completely exhausted. My migraines have also been really bad almost every day and I’ve had to take migraine medication to manage them.

I’ve also noticed my libido feels much lower and I just don’t feel “in the mood” the same way I did when I was smoking weed. Everything feels very different right now.

I’m female and since I’ll be the one carrying the baby, I decided I wanted to detox from weed before trying to conceive. But honestly, it’s been a lot harder emotionally and physically than I expected. My emotions feel all over the place lately.

If anyone has gone through something similar or has any advice, I’d really appreciate it !
