After every run, only about half of the roller mop is clean. I've tried to capture this in my photo, but I've unfortunately seen worse. The other half remains dirty and I have to clean it myself, or wash the mop at the base station using the app at least twice.

I wish there was a setting where you can set how many times the robot can go back to the base station to clean its roller mop. Mova does this and I used to set it so after it cleaned a room or a set square footage, it would wash the mop pads before returning to a cleaning task. It's clear that the roller mop mechanism lifts dirt, but maybe isn't the best at scraping it off.

Does anyone else have this issue? And are there any suggested fixes?

I’m a private consumer in the UK trying to return a defective item back to an Amazon fulfillment center in Poland. I posted it using DHL Express on 22 June, but Amazon didn't provide a prepaid label and requested that I send the item back myself using DHL.

I've been in contact with DHL Poland but they are refusing to clear the package and keeps insisting that they require "export documents" or a "CC599C message." Because I booked this as a private individual, I am the exporter, but I only have the standard commercial return invoice and original purchase invoice provided by Amazon. The original purchase invoice explicitly shows the item originally came from Amazon's European network (carrying a Polish VAT prefix: PL) and was delivered to my UK address.

Annoyingly, I successfully returned an identical defective item to the exact same Amazon address in Poland a few months ago via DHL Express with zero issues.

I have escalated this to a DHL UK, who have promised to speak with DHL Poland, and I shared the past tracking number to prove that this exact item/destination profile has cleared successfully before.

I'm afraid DHL Poland will continue to hold my package even after DHL UK try to step in.

Can anyone offer any advice on what to do here?
