freaky marine life remains [coastal MA]

My spouse was walking on our tiny beach and noticed it smelled like rotting fish. Lo and behold, she found this. We live next to a salty inlet/river that feeds into the Atlantic, south of Boston. It’s 4-5 feet long. When I swim at the beach I see fish and crabs and the ocasional horseshoe crab, and of course tons of seagulls, but that’s it. We’ve never seen anything like this or remotely this size. Please assure me there is not a kraken living (or no longer living) in my favorite place to swim????

get patted down at TSA every time

genuinely ever since I started “passing” and go through airport security the whole scanner lights up on my butt and crotch and I have to get pat down. without fail. and like let’s be for real the swamp ass is crazy on t but today I wasn’t even that sweaty, and my whole shit lit up. when the dude was patting me down he was like “sorry boss man.” 🤣😅 this never used to happen pre transition! is it because they’re reading me as male and then the scanner is like where’s your dick? lol genuinely I am so perplexed.
