I’ve never been more impressed with a figure. The smoothness of the articulation, the details, the fun factor. I have a Storm Collectibles M. Bison that just came which people say will rival this, but so far it’s my favorite figure. I hope I can get He-Man off the waitlist. I’m definitely trying for the Merman coming.
I recently picked up a Masterverse Princess of Power Hordak. I took him out of the box and immediately noticed his head looks “dirty”. Among an obvious paint defect he has this black grime on his face. AI said something about mold and wiping it off which I tried but it doesn’t work.
Anyone had to face this issue with this figure. I know some did not like the pearl finish but I wouldn’t mind that if he didn’t look unwashed. lol.
A bunch of things arrived unexpectedly together today. Eighteen item order from the BBTS loot bin, plus Mondo and Amazon. This is a handful, including the date night deluxe himself.
I haven’t been able to open anything yet and I might wait until the weekend. But I love feeling of receiving this much all at once with no issues.
Between Mondo, BBTS and Amazon I didn’t expect everything to come on one day. Especially with a pre-order in there. But they did. Must be destiny.
I also did not expect the most giant blister pack I’ve ever seen. This one might break my rule of always opening figures on cards. But I really want to see the glow in the dark.
I just made a purchase of a limited edition.
The last several have had tax and also tariff fees included. This time however there was just tax, no tariff fee.
Have these been removed? I paid through Apple Pay and I live in the lower 48 states.
Yesterday I got my first Mondo figure. I don’t like the 1/6 size but the 1/12 is very Masterverse-esque. And today I find a Target near me that doesn’t suck. lol.
I ordered an item from Mattel. FedEx crushed the box and the item. I contacted Mattel and they started an exchange. They emailed me a label to print so I could return the item before they sent a new one out. I returned the item through an authorized return center (Office Max). I received a tracking number.
The item made it onto a delivery truck several days later according to the tracking. Since that time (that was on 07/23/26), the tracking has not been updated. I called FedEx and they opened a ticket. They sent a request for package information and pictures. I sent them the information they requested. Less than 24 hours later they send me an email response saying their research had been exhausted and they close the ticket.
What do I do now? I’m pretty upset that they either lost a return package and it seems like they did nothing to correct the situation.
I posted last week about grabbing some Origins Movie Skel-Knight figures from the infamous 3 minute Walmart drop last week. After the response, I was assuming I’d get screwed. Well, they showed up today. In a box with bubble wrap and in relatively good condition. Based on the unmatching shipper box from Mattel that was reused and the strange label showing a sale to Walmart, this stock clearly was sent/bought from a third party but at least they were very competent.
Walmart still has a lot of work to do. It’s ridiculous that they advertised for a week to release this amount of “stock” for such an I’m demand item. But I feel very lucky I was able to grab them.
I was looking at my account and my list of plates. It says I have 1 exclusive drop. Does anyone know that that means. I have quite a few limited editions and I know what those are. But I was under the impression they were all “exclusive drops” from the website.
Just came in. And I was happy to see a sleeve for the last time. I guess I missed the “deadline” by a few hours. It’s my first Nuka Cola girl.
Didn’t expect to get it in a shipper box from Amazon. Sure wish they could always be do consistent.

Now that club purchases will no longer come with free storage sleeves, is there a way to buy these sleeves separately? I didn’t see anything on the website and didn’t know if I was missing anything.
As someone new to collecting, how are people managing to know when pre-orders will be available to purchase? I’m thinking of the Chronicles line as I write this. Sometimes for certain things I get an email from Mattel or another vendor, but many things just show up for pre-order and by the time I know about them they are sold out on BBTS or Entertainment Earth.
Is there a website or social media account that gives these notifications out of when pre-orders will drop. For example, I never got anything that Chronicles Teela was coming and now I see people grabbing her in store but she’s sold out on BBTS.
Curious on what people think. Which one is better, New Eternia or Chronicles Trap Jaw? Take the love or dislike of the rest of each line out of it.
He’s got one sticky knee joint I have to work on and the box was pretty mushed, but I got him. Decent deal and I was always going to open him anyway. The New Eternia series is probably my favorite. I’m way behind as I just started a month ago, but I’m working to get most of the cool ones. — feeling happy.
Question, how common is it to have a “light blue” Chronicles Skeletor with a perfect jaw? I found this guy in Target, I guess he’d been hiding with a couple of buddies. There were 3 of this coloring. But this was the ONLY one without a piece missing from the jaw.
I’m trying to find some action figure stands for MOTU. I collect Masterverse, Origins and Chronicles. I understand there is a difference in peg hole size on the feet.
I’m looking for a reliable place that sells these in bulk at a reasonable price. But I’m not finding much luck. I hear about the Ringside Mattel ones but every link people have posted takes me to a sold out message. Others have suggested some on Amazon but it’s hard to tell if they would work. Some are 3D printed but they are ridiculously expensive.
How are others finding these? I’d buy three different types for each line if I could buy in bulk and they are guaranteed to work, even on bigger figures (like New Eternia Twobad)

FedEx crushed my box with Gray in it. I have to send that one back for an exchange. But until then at least Tauraton got here unscathed.
