We have to replace our Mitsubishi mini split. We’re considering a DIY unit from Mr. Cool. Of course their website has tons of positive reviews, but I’m interested in crowdsourcing reviews elsewhere before purchasing (their return policy isn’t great). Has anyone installed one of these themselves? How’d it go, what are your impressions, how long has it been, how has it held up? Many thanks for the input!

Started seeing these all around my garden. Are they assassin bugs?
The same damage is on the leaves of my oregano (pictured), spearmint, thyme, and rosemary. I’ve observed whiteflies and leafhoppers on all of them too, so I’m thinking the damage is caused by those guys? But not sure what I can do for them. These are all potted outdoor plants. Not sure if moisture is a factor but FYI I’m in New Orleans, LA and we’ve been getting our daily summer downpours. Otherwise, I try to let the thyme, rosemary, and oregano dry out a little between waterings. I’m afraid whatever is causing the damage will come after my basil next!
I can’t figure out if they’re a type of whitefly or leafhoppers or what, but they are slowly destroying my sage. This is my second plant. My first was planted in my raised bed next to rosemary and thyme and all of them got hit by this bug pretty good, so I replaced the plants and separated them in pots around my garden. The rosemary and thyme seem to be fine now, but they’re back on my new sage. They crawl for the most part but also either jump or fly, it’s hard for me to tell which. They hang out mostly on the undersides of the plant’s leaves.
