Cleaning before apartment move

Hi, I have moved several times within Cambridge in the past 5 years. I just got keys to my new apartment and did a walk through with the landlord. I was very shocked to find that the apartment had not been cleaned at all between the last tenant and myself. I pointed out the amount of grease/grime on surfaces, clearly dusty walls and windows, and unwiped counters and my landlords response was “no one has ever had a problem with it before so you can pay for your own cleaner or move out.” I had no idea that it is not legally required for the landlord to clean between tenants. Now I am obviously kicking myself for not ensuring this prior to signing a lease, but I was just wondering whether this is a common experience? I have accepted that Cambridge rent is basically just crazy high at this point, but given that I will be paying this landlord over 40k in 12 months, I was shocked they were basically too cheap to pay a few hundred to have it cleaned. I purposely am paying double rent for half a month to have time to move my stuff but basically now we’re at a standstill where I can’t move anything in until I can find a last minute cleaner, and I will most likely be out an additional $300 😕

Tons of Topps Basketball Cards

If anyone knows of anyone who would want a whole box of Topps Basketball cards (and maybe some football cards too?) from 25-26 season, would love to pass along!

unmanageable facial sweating

I’ve been on cymbalta for almost 10 years since I was 17 or so. I was on 60 mg for most of that time before I tapered down to 40 mg about a few months ago. I knew that people saying tapering is a bitch, but holy moly I was not prepared. Only going from 60 to 40 and I still had a solid 2 weeks of feeling headaches and brain fog. At this point, my mood is well managed so I honestly think I probably don’t need to be on it any more. Ever since I can remember, I have sweat like crazy on my face and neck (like even when it’s only like 60 degrees). I know this is often a side effect of SNRIs, but because I’ve been on cymbalta for so long, I honestly don’t know if it’s the drug or just me. I am wondering, for other people who experienced excessive sweating and then successfully tapered off, did the sweating subside? 40 mg is already not that high of a dose so I am wondering if it’s even enough to be the cause of the sweating at this point?
