Know your state - Arihant has too many factual errors. Need to crosscheck everything.

Need help in gauging my preparation. This will be first attempt.

Current rent : 35k / 1055 sba / 2.5BHK (10 percent increment 9 months from now), no maintenance yet but expecting around 3.5-4k after 6 months.

I am planning to buy in same society: 65L / 43k emi / 745 sba / 2bhk (corner property, more privacy) , maintenance would be around 2.7-3k.

With registration charges and interior, the total cost would shoot up to 75L though.
Builder : It's the name of a Hindu GOD. (BJP's favourite)
