It’s so unfair that no matter how much work you put in to pass over years, that you’re still put into the same box as non medically transitioned trans fems

will my abscess need extraction?

Hi, so I went to the dentist today for one of the fillings that I needed to get done, but was informed I have an abscess on my pre molar. From what I’ve been told, it sounds like they can be incredibly dangerous and if left to fester can result in extraction/ bone damage. My dentist told me to prioritize my other fillings and get my root canal done in a few months. I have no pain and my tooth looks pretty normal so the whole thing came as a surprise to me. I’m really scared I’ll need to get my tooth extracted, and would like to hear what you all think

From one girl to another, approaching men first is a no for me

Feel free to disagree, but I even have this opinion with my cis girlfriends. When you make the first move you can never gauge how much they were into you or if you were just available. Being trans just further complicates things, as you wouldn’t want to create an imbalance from the get. Obviously this works for some people.

Am I the only one who is scared sh*tless of posting pre transition photos?

It makes me genuinely uncomfortable to be perceived by people at some point as anything other than female, and i’m always so surprised at how okay people are with sharing previous pictures. Does anyone else have this kind of dysphoria

it’s crazy how “normal” life can be when you’re considered passable and pretty

It’s insane how things such as friends, partners, romantic interest just appear when you begin to pass.
