Really interested in going on a trek at least once in my life and been worrying about if my stomach will let me. So just wanted to ask here if anyone has been on a trekking trip and what I should be careful about.

I(17m) was playing Roblox cause I had nothing to do and at first I was just grinding on anime fighting simulator and then I see the chat just got like 10 messages in like 30 seconds and I opened it and it was someone going off cause someone had killed their character in the game and I wouldn’t have replied until he went on saying “god will send you to hell” and “you will perish”. And I just said “bro just chill it’s a game no need to bring this into it” and then he started arguing with me and then says he know me and says my name like my actual name not my Roblox name and that kinda spooked me but when I asked him how he knows my name he didn’t answer but went on to saying he knows I have a beloved cousin and that he will come for him too and when I asked who he tells me to tell him so he knows which one is my beloved cousin and then he starts talking about how he will come to me and make my life hell and that he will come for my sibling too. I then said to him to shut it and not take a game so seriously and that I was leaving the server cause I didn’t want to have a crazy guy in my game then I left.
Idk how to feel about this and whether or not I need to take this seriously. But I’m a bit spooked about this whole situation.
