Pointy fleshy thing that sticks out of my vagina

I have this pink, pointy, fleshy thing that sticks out of the way bottom of my vagina I’ve had it for a while, sometimes it’s tucked in, other times it just sticks out and it worries me.
It doesn’t cause any pain and has no feeling to it but I’ve never heard of anyone else having this problem. Im honestly a little self conscious of it because an ex of mine pointed it out and it made me feel like there was something wrong with me. Does anyone have any idea what it could be and if it’s “normal”?

Possible to go from my start color to a mahogany?

First pic is the hair color closest to my natural shade and second pic is the color I’d like to achieve.
I’m new to henna, never used it before. I it doesn’t lighten hair but is there any way to get the red tones to really absorb into my hair follicles to get that beautiful red mahogany tone?

Has anyone else had any luck going from my start color to the color I want to get?
