The rest is confetti

I just finished Hacks, everyone who participated in this show is sick and twisted, I started this thinking I was gonna laugh it was gonna be something to put in the background while I do the dishes, WHY AM I CRYING?

They are soulmates and cannot be convinced otherwise.

!SPOILERS HERE! Erawan and his siblings

Once again I come here without finishing the book but alas I still run to the keyboard. The final battle went on for too long and not at all in my opinion and I have thoughts I want to sit with regarding that but I just want to say even though Erawan was a big bad guy I feel some sympathy for him, unlike Maeve who was evil to be evil besides you know her husband or whatever. I guess I understand that if I were to be separated from my siblings a millenia I too would yearn for them, even if the bottom line is being evil I loved that at the end of the day it was all for his brothers and as a big sister, I felt that.

I find myself being more touched by the stories in the book that are not romantic, Yrene and Chaol are fine but the 13? I loved them so much more because love is not solved by this ambigious pull of "we are mates" but an active decision they make through out the whole story. I don't say that to invalidate the romantic parts of the book its just a personal preference.

The thirteen

I am screaming, crying, throwing up what do you mean they're all gone??? I'm sobbing. I was waiting for someone to bite the dust but why them?? I would've thrown Nesryn, Yrene and Chaol into a fire for them.

Not related but Aelin saying she can't let Dorian sacrifice himself because he barely survived the horrors he lived is crazyyy she was a literal slave. This whole thing is pissing me off.

I know, I know. I'll keep reading.

I'm sick of Chaol not trusting Aelin

I'm in the middle of ToD and they just asked this wet napkin of a human if he will swear on Aelin not being a conqueror on Yrene's life and he says nothing ?????? AND THEN he proceeds to blame Aelin on costing them the war for not being able to lie which mind you he wouldn't have to lie if he trusted her. I hate this butthole.
