Been working as a BPO agent at Brandlink PH TARLAC, and so far, I can say na okay naman talaga yung overall experience ko. At first, medyo nangangapa ako kasi bago pa yung environment and processes, pero eventually naging comfortable din ako sa work.

One thing I appreciate is yung mga tao sa team. Madali silang kausap and you can ask questions kapag may hindi ka sure sa process. Hindi rin yung feeling na kapag may mistake ka, bahala ka na — may guidance naman and you’re given a chance to learn from it.

Work can definitely get stressful, especially kapag maraming tasks or kailangan ng follow-ups, pero I think normal naman yun sa BPO setup. What makes it manageable for me is yung teamwork and communication within the team.

Overall, positive naman yung experience ko so far. I’ve learned a lot, especially when it comes to communication, handling different types of people, and managing tasks under pressure. Hindi man perfect lahat, but I’m glad I got the opportunity to work at Brandlink PH and gain experience from it.

So far, honestly okay naman talaga yung experience ko dito. As someone working in influencer marketing, mabilis yung environment pero manageable siya kasi yung team is very collaborative and approachable. Hindi ka mai-stuck pag may questions ka usually mabilis sumagot or willing tumulong yung mga ka-team.

May mga busy days lalo na kapag maraming campaigns or urgent deliverables, pero somehow hindi siya super stressful kasi clear yung communication most of the time. Plus, ramdam mo na may effort talaga to improve workflows and support both employees and creators.

One thing I appreciate is yung learning experience. Ang dami kong na-pick up especially sa handling ng KOLs, negotiation, and overall campaign coordination. Hindi siya repetitive work may bagong situations talaga almost every week kaya you learn on the go.

Syempre hindi perfect lahat, may challenges din like any job, pero overall positive yung experience ko and I feel like I’m growing professionally.
