Samsung AI taking over the screen is driving me nuts...

To the point that I am considering going back to the PIxel 10 Pro I was going to sell and selling the s26 instead. Sorry for the rant, but...

Samsung has got to give us a way to disable this nonsense. If my finger rests on the Edge Panel for a second, I don't want that AI crap taking over my screen.

Sorry for the rant, but this is ruining my otherwise very good Samsung experience. All I want is toggle to turn it off. I think that is a fair request. I can turn off Circle to Search on the pixel, which I also hate. :)

Mint Service. I'm bucking the trend

First, I have little patience or tolerance for bad service.

Second, I know the norm is to post complaints.

Well, I just had as perfect a support chat as could be. I accidentally deleted my e-sim. The person on the chat got me back in minutes. Not a single spec of nonsense. He knew exactly what to do and did it quickly.

So there. I had Good Service. Take That!! 😄

My Top 3 Wants, to be able to make Cosmic (cachyos) home.

I really like the way CosmicDE is coming along, but I have 3 things I consider must haves:

  1. Turn off window edge snapping. I hate that chit :)
  2. Arrange desktop icons wherever I want them.
  3. Font size settings, not just font selection.

That is all. Just my spew. Have a great Sunday!!

(side note: really like Cosmic System Monitor. CPU Temp ftw. Normally I install Misson Center for this)

New S26/Mint Mobile Deal for $400.

Just received, setup and ported to from Xfinity Mobile. The port was almost instantaneous, which is faster than I have ever experienced before. Heh. 1 year of Unlimited data for the price of 6gb (A little over $200, once you add in their weird fees, like "Recovery" LoL.

Now the phone, that I got for $400 (256gb model), which is why I did this. 😄 and while I dislike having a carrier phone, their policy says I can sim unlock it after 3 months on their network. I think I did good, eh?
