What if the Roaring couldn't be started because a single Knight lacked enough determination? That’s why they kidnapped Undyne and Asgore(they didn't have any luck with Toriel)to make it happen.

First, they kidnapped Dess and turned her into a Knight, taking advantage of a moment of carelessness; then, once the game's events began, they kidnapped the other two.

People seem convinced that Kris has feelings for Susie, but I think they're exaggerating.

The knife scene in Chapter 4, where Kris blushes, could simply indicate embarrassment over Susie's reaction; and the reason Kris looks sad at the end of Chapter 5 might just be worry about what they know is coming and how their new friend will take it it.

No, seriously.why do so many people like them? Is it that they don't want to leave any character out, or do they just not want to ship them with anyone else?

I couldn't find the post, but it was a poll about the most hated theories, and "dess groomed Kris" had far fewer votes than "male Kris."

The fact that a theory about a character being a pedophile is less hated than the theory that a non-binary character was born male really made me think
