I'm not sure if this sub considers a footballer an influencer but he's the biggest muslim one at the moment and did deservedly win the cup.
He's proudly muslim but my issue is how normalised it is for muslim men to have relationships outside of marriage and no one call it out. Like if this was a woman it would be a huge deal but he gets away with it. It's wrong for all muslims however no one will point it out for a man.

I've never stuck to an app for 100 days consistently before. I just want to say that this app has helped with my ocd and procrastination tendencies soo much. I had suspected my hair was breaking so I gently brushed it over a white cloth and this is the result. The same day I went to the hairdressers and had 5 inches chopped to get a fresh start but before my ends were very dry.
Now that I've trimmed it, what can I do going forward to avoid this happening again? Why did it happen in the first place? I have also recently added a shampoo and conditioner with silicones back into my routine as we as a hair growth serum for my scalp

I was wondering what type if exercises you all do to keep your heart rate up since we are exempt from a lot of them.
I usually do 10k steps a day and some light tennis which doesn't seem to aggravate the acid reflux. But I'm looking for inspiration to see if I can change things up.
