Long Time Oura Wearer Here with 2 tips!
Hey y’all, two things I wanted to share with the community that have proven over time to SIGNIFICANTLY help my metrics are the following:
~Nuun Sport Hydration Tabs 1-3x a day depending on my level of activity (am in Central Florida so kinda hot here!) raises my HRV - not gonna quote numbers as your mileage may vary, but it has been significance and notable, love to hear what others find with that!
~Regular exercise capping my HR so I avoid the euphoria after - leaving feeling like I could have done more - and the crash that keeps me from getting back to working out the next 5 days has had the benefit of lowering my cumulative stress from High to Low while steadying my Resilience just under Exceptional.
