AIO for being upset that my landlord hasn’t cashed my last 3 rent checks?

Everything is kind of laid out in my message but this is the second time now that I’ve had multiple rent checks sent without being deposited. I try not to keep 2-3x monthly expenses in my checking account as I’d rather it be in my HYSA or tied into my investment portfolio.

For context, we live in a community of town homes that is managed by a real estate agent. The last time I brought this up we were told “the bookkeeper handles the checks and does not always get to the bank in a timely fashion.”

Am I overreacting?

Edit: Lots of comments about overspending lol. I’m only worried about a check bouncing in the event that they stack my rent checks and cash anywhere from $12-14k at once. Keeping 2-3x monthly expenses in a checking account at most is fairly common but this forces me to keep in excess of $15k in my checking.

Is this bike worth it?

Looking to buy a bike to get some exercise on. I realistically want to get a gravel bike at some point but live in a suburban area and could get some miles in on paved roads. The guy said he’d take $200 for it which I think is probably a decent deal but I don’t know much about this bike. Thought I found this model synapse on bike blue book and it said it retailed for \~$4,500?? and the private market value is high $700 ‘s. Do you guys think the bike looks in good enough shape for $200?
