Blast over vs. more laser sessions

I’m in the process of tattoo removal and reached out to an artist in my area (I live in Brooklyn) about a possible cover up. I’m really happy with my progress after two sessions of laser removal and the artist suggested a blast over vs cover up because of the size of the tattoo. Should I continue with laser removal so I can get a proper cover up or does a blast over make sense? He suggested a patch work of a few different tattoos to get the results I’m looking for. Any advice is welcome! P.s be nice, I know this tattoo is ugly lol

Rejected after agent meeting

Pretty much what the title says. I had a meeting with a prospective agent last week and they followed up today telling me they have decided to not move forward with signing me. I thought the meeting went really well, I felt like I established a nice rapport with the team, and we ended the call on a positive note with one of them saying, “We feel really good about you and your work. You’ll hear from us soon.” They didn’t provide any feedback as to why they weren’t interested. I’m just disappointed, but I know that’s the name of this game. Rejection is redirection after all. Anyway, if anyone has had similar experiences, feel free to share in hopes of boosting my spirits.

UPDATE: I asked for feedback post-rejection and I’m so glad I did! The only reason why they initially passed on me was because I’m signed at another agency (in their commercial division). So I asked: “if I’m willing to cut ties with my current agency, do you have room on your roster for me?” Turns out, they do and I’m in the process of reviewing my new contract with my new agency!
