Not exclusively Gridfinity but I recently made a stacking, linking, modular rack system and of course had to incorporate baseplates into the options.
After posting a different organization system here recently (GridCrate, the blue crates shown in the second photo of this post), a commenter suggested creating a rack system for the crates. I loved the idea and started exploring just that. Welp, I ended up falling down a rabbit hole and eventually came out with an entirely independent (but still generically named) system: StackRack.
Summary
StackRack is a parametric rack storage system with endless possible combinations and use cases. It's fully customizable, stackable, and multiple stacks can be connected together using Rack Links. Works great for all sorts of things around the house, office, garage or printing stations: fridge storage, spice containers, cat food, Gridfinity setups, books, desk organizers, board games, filament boxes, and more.

- Fully customizable: Width, depth, height, wall thickness, floor thickness, and more can all be customized using the MakerWorld customizer (or by downloading the included Fusion files). How strong or lightweight/filament-saving it is is totally up to you.
- 3 Rack Variations: Pattern, Solid, and Gridfinity options are available
- 3 Top Variations: Top off your rack with one of three Top pieces: Pattern, Solid, or Gridfinity
- Stackable: All rack types seamlessly stack on each other, and all Top pieces can be used with any rack type (assuming all pieces have the same width, depth, floor thickness, etc.)
- Linkable: Use a Rack Link to connect multiple stacks side by side to keep things sturdy and neat
