Did I mess up by not taking APUSH?

Hi everyone, I am an ESL student and who moved to US in October of my sophomore year, and I have no prior experience for things like AP. When picking class for my junior year, I used to think that it’s not a really big deal if you skip apush. However, during the junior year I suddenly realized that almost all juniors I knew take apush.
My plan for senior year is to take 4-5 aps, including ap congov and ap lit. Does excelling in those courses during senior year help make up the hole of not taking apush now? How much will colleges care that I skipped it, consider my interest in things like social science, public health, etc.?
Thanks for any advice!
