Lump on my dog's paw. Can't get appointment until next Saturday
My 5 year old mutt has this kinda hard lump on his paw. It doesn't seem to bother him when I press on it and I initially thought it was a mosquito bite when I first saw it. I tried looking up pics online to see if anything looked similar to it, but I couldn't find anything that looked exactly close. Not sure if I should see about getting him to an emergency vet or if I'm overreacting.
Does anyone recognize it?
Yes he is neutered.

Nicotine Gum
The resident before me accidentally sent 2 boxes of Amazon brand Nicotine gum to my address. I don't know anybody who smokes and neither does anyone in my social circle, so I'm curious if anyone on here needs nicotine gum or knows of a place that accepts donations.
Edit: forgot to mention in the title that this is free. You would just need to be able to pick it up
