Why does this happen?
Update. Not it's just a subtle flash. Not that apparently unless ur looking for it. Also the icons refresh when it happens.
This is the core Ulta 7 ZenBook model.
As for sketchy apps I did download some games from ankergames. But it's pre installed so I'm not sure if that's the issue. Ah yes I have turned all my animations off too. Didn't find anything SUS in background processes too
Probably a graphic driver hiccup?
