New owner, first issue help please

Hi all, just picked up my 22 plate P2 a few days ago. Love the car to death so far (my first ‘nice’ car haha) but on my way home from work today my music / AC plus both screens switched to black, minus info like my speed road signs etc. The car continued driving fine thankfully and it rebooted itself a couple of mins later but since then pressing the apps section on the infotainment screen is showing just a black screen? Tried powering on and off but seems quite insistent. Any advice appreciated thank you!

PCP vs bank loan for a new car

I (23f) have been driving bangers and commuting on a motorbike since I was 17 now. I have an income of £2400~ a month after tax / pension etc and share a mortgage with my partner who splits all the bills equally with me.

I know it isn’t necessarily a ‘fantastic investment’, but I do want a nice car to commute to work in, for selfish reasons of I think they’re nice and I like nice cars. I have a polestar 2 reserved at the moment which is sitting at £15,490.

I’ve been offered PCP at £251 a month with a £3000 deposit and a roughly £5500 balloon at the end. I know this APR is shit and would mean overpaying for a depreciated car over time, but I only consider it incase I don’t want to buy the car at the end.

My bank loan is £320 a month with £3000 deposit subtracted, which is better APR but means monthly payments are higher. Obviously I’d own the car if I did this.

Is it in your opinion worth paying an extra £70 a month to own the car outright? We can afford it either way, but obviously we’d rather have an extra £70 a month if it’s not a big deal.

I’m leaning towards bank loan since even 100k mileage examples of the car at the moment aren’t that much cheaper than the 50k mileage car I’ve reserved.

Thank you

EDIT: I got a bank loan. Thanks everyone

WONT SOMEONE THINK OF THE REAL WOMEN

>targeted, spiteful legislative oppression directed at transgender people
>”this is predominantly going to affect cisgender women”

Every time

the concept of a cis woman calling me transphobic

‘you dont need to hate your body!!’ this is your clue that you aren’t trans. God its getting so tiring being pushed out of my own community by these idiots appropriating my debilitating, life ruining condition for quirkiness. The utter hypocrisy of this persons statement is astounding, demeaning a transsexual womans dysphoria and calling her transphobic in the same statement.
