Why even do assessments on HH if they won’t even appear on MM??? I passed two assessments two days ago and none of them are showing and I’m being told on Slack that they should. I’m also not in any priority tasks either.

I think it’s become VERY apparent that they are not being transparent about pay at all. These are the questions I would ask in my emails and on the dispute forms:
I understand that internal tracking is used for final payouts. Can you provide my tracked MM productive hours, Handshake tracked hours, excluded time, and the calculation used to show my final payout? I am trying to understand the discrepancy between the task records and compensation. Now will they be transparent and tell you? I don’t know. But if they do not answer you, the silence should tell you all you should know.
Has anyone figured out how they track us or are we still in the dark? I do not want to continue work and not get paid for the time I know I honestly put it.
Has anyone else gotten an update about pay from the 11-17 of May? I just received a “we’re handling reviews “ email about two weeks ago.
To make a long story short, I applied for a Virtual Enrollment Coordinator position, I went through the career overview and now I’m scheduled for onboarding. I’m hesitant now because the job listing states there is base pay but I’m also hearing that this job is 100% commission based. I do not want to be lied to about what my role and pay entails. Has anybody worked for globe life in this position or any similar? I need to know if I should run. 🥴
My pay is processing and I’m missing 32 hours off mine. Are you serious???? I have tasked faithfully on MM and submitted time accurately on HAI. I see why they’re about to get sued now.
I’m on Project HH and I just done the Audio assessment and the tasks are on my approved list in Handshake but they’re not on MM. I haven’t completed any tasks on any of them on MM but they’re gone now. Did the client remove them or could it be an error on my end?
Do you find your own leads? Are you paid for training? What is your role there?
