Shoes that fit my aesthetic but are comfortable on my feet?

I was super excited when i got Converse for the first time last year, but immediately had to get insoles for how uncomfortable they were. They lasted me from last August until now. I have to retire them bc the sole is coming apart and there’s a giant hole in them. My shoes usually last around a year, I’m guessing because I walk pretty hard and my right foot has a defect, so it goes out more to the right and i skid and trip on it a lot

I want my feet to be comfortable, but I also want them to fit my aesthetic. I got some basic adidas today that’ll hopefully help. In the future, should i just keep getting insoles for shoes like converse and vans? What shoes do yall recommend?

I don’t like platform shoes bc I’m already 6’2, don’t particularly want to be any taller. I wear band shirts, denim jackets, leather jackets, etc. The 3 pics are similar to how i dress (and the only collages on Pinterest i could find with adidas shoes)

scared a septum won’t look good on my big ass nose?

i’m planning on getting a septum next month, but i’m scared my nose will make it look awkward. it if i change my mind, i’m going to get one of my nostrils bc i’m sure on those. i’ve also thought about snake bites, eyebrows, and a few people have suggested i get a bridge. i just want to know what looks good with my face.

For context: I’m a trans butch lesbian who has changed their entire birth name, from first to middle to last. For years, my last name has been Renata. I chose it after I left my abusive parents, because the moment I did is when I started living—started hrt, got a gender affirming haircut, have been to two pride parades, found my style, made a ton of friends, etc.

But recently I thought about how much I liked it. It does sound more feminine to me, and so I changed it to Hunter—a name also with meaning. I’ve also been using it as a nickname, and it just fits really well for me as a butch. It sounds butch, if that makes sense.

I’m torn between both. I plan on changing my name officially next summer, so I want to decide now what my name will be for the rest of my life.

Renata - means reborn or renewed (chosen after I moved out because my life pretty much started over after that)

Hunter - to hunt, pursuer (also related to my favorite character in all of media, Shawn Hunter from BMW, who I see myself as because of our similarities)

Alexis Renata - Alexis Soleil Renata

Alexis Hunter - Alexis Soleil Hunter

i’ve been catching the bus later lately on my way to work, and this bald guy with glasses is who i get almost every time. idk what his problem is, but he always rides like he’s in a hurry, is constantly honking at other cars in front of him so he can make the tightest path in between that and the parked car to

the bus stop, and nearly splashed a woman because he stopped so fast and hard the day after a huge thunderstorm. and then today he missed me clearly standing at the bus stop.

i’m just wondering if anyone else has run into this guy. idk what his deal is. i’ve never seen a cta driver be so impatient and ballistic on the road before, for no apparent reason.

I already have my ears pierced. I’m getting a septum in a couple of months, although I’m a little scared because i have a big nose that I’m very conscious of—not sure if the septum will make me feel better about it, or worse.

Other facial piercings i want in the future: both my nostrils and MAYBE a double helix like Vi from Arcane.

I’m less sure about snake bites and eyebrows. I was more confident in getting them before seeing how they can have something go wrong (infection or getting stuck in your gums).

And there’s the wild card piercing in the bridge piercing. I don’t know if I’m gonna do that, but I’ve thought about it.
