This supplier used to be one of the better ones to work with in my career. Over the past couple of years, the outsourcing of the entire sales and customer service departments have been insane.
From mistake after mistake, to literal impossible resolutions, I think they will be done soon.
Currently I’m waiting for a refund on a month old order they shipped 4 states away, 3 days after the in hands date.
Keep in mind, I spent probably around 4 painful hours “making sure” we were good to go prior to the blunder.
Has anyone else experienced this??
