can I be honest I’m not a fan of the flair system in this sub personally. I don’t really label myself like oh I’m romantic goth oh I’m trad goth whatever I just wear what I like. no shade if you do like/use those labels I think I’m just a little put off because I never know what flair to use and I’m probably overthinking it lollll anyway I digress sorry for the mini rant
but I did put together a more fun casual outfit!! I know the mirror’s kinda gross shhhhh
Hi all! My girl Misty is about 16 years old, and I’ve never known her to have much if any trouble with shedding in the 4 ish years I’ve had her. Two days ago, I noticed she was looking ashy & about to shed. Yesterday, I noticed she was very squinty & licking at her eyes. She seems to have some (potentially) stuck shed around her eyes, which is what I’m most concerned about, but she is overall mid-shed (most if any has not come off). She doesn’t seem to have stuck shed or “eye caps” IN her eyes, just around them. Is this a cause for concern and is there anything I should do about it immediately? Or is it more of a wait and see situation so far?
Additional info: The hide she’s sticking her head out of is her humid hide! I just bought her a new one that will hopefully retain moisture better than her old one, but she doesn’t seem too keen on this one so far and doesn’t seem to like putting her head down in it :( she doesn’t like being handled too much so I’d rather not try to remove it manually unless necessary
