I have 4 days left until the appeal window is closed.. has anyone else gotten a response from them for getting banned because of sum "Chat Evidence ID"?

I have gotten banned 3 weeks ago because of some "Chat Evidence ID" which won't even explain to me the reason why I'm banned. I tried getting my rights of access but Roblox says this. I assume my state isn't illegible to get them. Is there any other way to get it?

I have about 12 days left and I'm worried they won't respond. How long has anyone had to wait to get a response if they got banned for the same Chat Evidence ID thing?

I was permanently banned, and the moderation notice only listed Chat Evidence IDs without showing the actual messages. I submitted an appeal through violations & appeals almost 6 days ago and I'm still waiting for a response. I've seen a person say it took them around 3 weeks just to get a response. For anyone who's appealed through violations & appeals because of an enforcemen ban, how long did it take before you got a response?

like whatd i even say bro😔 device banned only on my phone but i can play on an alt on my laptop thankfully
