I've been trying to remove the insane pump of dopamine I've been giving my brain for the past few months, and part of this has just been trying to relax, or do nothing for an extended period of time. The problem is that even while having zero stimulation, or just sitting in complete silence I am never bored. If I don't scroll for an hour, my brain just continues moving at that pace while I think on random subjects, or fail to clear my mind. I've also tried reading, and even then I just repeatedly do the thing where I'll continue reading with my eyes, but my brain walks into another room. I've been social media free for about a week now, but I still can't ever just chill, or think of nothing for a few minutes.

I have tried going to windows support, they updated all my drivers and changed a few settings but failed to fix it. Headphones im using work fine with Bluetooth on phone. Tried plugging jack into multiple different ports on pc. For some videos I can hear audio buck it sounds way worse quality then what I know the video is, it kinda sounds like it was recorded while the mic is underwater. With other videos the dialogue is completely inaudible with just kinda a sound like waves lapping at a microphone. Weirdest technical issue ive ever had. Would love some support.

Going based off my audible being 20 books a page and their being 59 pages of books, I've got well over 1000.

I swear I don't rage bait people (at least not intentionally) but I'll just be in the middle of conversation, usually asking a question, and then people just say I'm rage baiting. I think at times I can be a little annoying, but it got to the extent where recently, me and a person I'm only friends with through a mutual connection were talking about WWII, and he got so angry whenever I didnt even realize we had a disagreement. He said he wasn't going to further the conversation because than he'd just be giving me what I wanted. I swear I don't rage bait, I just have conversation.

No it isn't dirty, no I don't want to repair it. I just need something I can download or use on windows that will just let me push a button to scroll for game and things.
