Am I doing the rotation correctly? (2 months player hehehe still new)

So, I'm still kind of new to this rotation thing. I just got Citlali as my 2nd 5 star char. Is the concept like (for amplified reaction teams only): we have 2 characters the ones that provide buff and additional bonus, then the other two as the main combo characters which is usually done at the last as they're the main damage source right?

For other elemental reactions, I'm sure they're a bit different right? But there are still some concepts where you need to set up the main or do the buffs before the main damage?

For example (my team): I use Kachina's drill for faster burst with Mavuika, Bennett's burst for atk bonus. Then Citlali's Skill and Burst to cancel those pyro out and apply more cryo, (Citlali's passive from TTDS applies and the other buffs right when switched to Mavuika now) then lastly Mavuika's skill and burst?

What are your thoughts on my builds too hehehe. I'm still trying to get good artifacts for my decent first team. Any chars you recommend I can build for my 2nd team as it is needed for the spiral abyss, rightt?

Thoughts about my training plan?

How is my physique? Tbh, I was more into exercise 2 years ago. I could do 50 pushups easily in a set, 15 pulls ups, highest plank was 3 mins. Haven't exercised that much since I got much more busy. Now entering college, I want to be consistent again. The problem here is, I'm unsure of my routine.

The thing I followed back then was, Monday (Chest and Triceps) I do pushups (different variations) and the tricep dips on the chair. Tuesday, (Biceps and Back) I mostly only do bicep curls, hammer curls and pullups. Wednesday (Legs) Weighted Squats, Normal Squats and Jump rope. Then it repeats for Thurs to Fri. Weekends are rest day. I am trying a new schedule like only once a week per muscle group. But still, I'm lost.

Could you guys give me a doable routine that I will actually follow consistently, instead of just the random things I'm doing hehehe. Here are my equipments that might benefit from the routine: Push-up Board, Bought some new dumbells that can turn into a barbell (15kg) , Jump Rope and a Pull Up Bar. I will really appreciate the help!

Have to press the power button 3 times for screen to turn on?

Am I the only one experiencing this? When I try to turn it on, I have to press it three time once, then it will turn on after just one click. After a while, it comes back to that scenario again.

Is there anything I need to do here? Handheld Sewing Machine

I just bought this yesterday. I tried every solution, I have watched on youtube to try and fix it... I really wanted this to work so I can line my crochet much easier when I make bags

I've rethreaded it, adjusted the needle height, and replaced the needle. Nothing works..

I just wasted my 4$ :(

I still want it to be like accessible though. I made this pillow and also put a lining for it to be usable, so it's now a pillow cover I guess. I still want it to be easily accessible. Thinking of like putting ropes at both sides near the corner. But they don't close smoothly. I want it smooth something like on the 3rd pic (which is the opposite side). The ropes are okay as a design.

So I made this free handed pillow and thinking of lining it. It's super softtt! Should I measure its expanded length and widt, or when it does not have any stuffings? Still new to this lining thing hehehe. I'm gonna try lining it where I see vids just the inside top like a bag right?
