FACEIT’s responses are contradicting each other. 36 days without a resolution

It has been 36 days since my original report, and the issue is still unresolved.

On June 23, FACEIT Support confirmed that the ban was caused by an error on their side, lifted the ban, restored my Elo, and told me to verify my account within 48 hours.

However, I was later told that the secondary account should be deleted, and then told that it cannot be deleted because of the active ban and data-retention requirements.

These responses clearly conflict with each other, especially since FACEIT had already confirmed that the ban was lifted.

Original ticket: #13512310
Follow-up ticket: #13709488
Follow-up ticket2: **#**13888715

I am asking for a proper manual review and Darwin’s help to finally resolve this.

Still unable to play after FACEIT admitted the ban was wrong

FACEIT confirmed that my main account was banned by mistake (yes, i didnt read the rules so i made an alt account, thats my L), removed the ban and restored my Elo.

However, I still cannot play because my passport is linked to a permanently banned secondary account, so I cannot verify my main account.

I already requested deletion of the banned secondary account and removal of the linked passport verification.

  • #13709488 — follow-up ticket (15 days ago)
  • #13879543 — verification issue
  • #13888715 — account deletion and personal data removal

This issue has been ongoing for over a month. I am only trying to keep one legitimate account and complete verification. Please review and escalate #13888715 as soon as possible.

FACEIT Support Hasn’t Resolved My Issue for Nearly 30 Days

I have been trying to resolve this issue through FACEIT Support for nearly 30 days.

Original ticket: #13512310 (28 days ago)
Follow-up ticket: #13709488 (10 days ago)

FACEIT never responded to my original ticket (maybe there's a problem with it because I used my main account's email; I wasn't able to proceed to communicate with any agents at all). I only received a reply after submitting the follow-up ticket, and that response was a generic Multi-Account/Smurfing message that did not address my actual request.

My fault was that I didn't read the rules, so I got banned because I was smurfing; however, Faceit permanently banned my original account, not the smurfing account. I'm requesting to recover my original account and remove the alt account.

Please review the ticket instead of sending another template response.

Multiple account ban appeal pending since May 22 - Ticket #13512310

Hi FACEIT team,

I’m posting here because my appeal has been pending since May 22 without a human response.

Ticket: #13512310

My case is about a permanent ban related to multiple accounts. The main issue is that my main account was banned, not just the alternate account.

I now understand that FACEIT only allows one active account per person, and I take responsibility for misunderstanding the rule. I am not trying to evade the ban or continue using alternate accounts. I just want my case reviewed properly and to know if there is any possible way to keep only my main account active while removing/deactivating the alternate account.

If possible, please merge or close the duplicate tickets and use #13512310 as the main ticket.

Thank you.

Why does -500 exist, but +500 never happens?

In Premier, I often see wins giving around +350 to +380 at most, even after several wins.

But when I solo queue fighting 5 stacks, the match often becomes something like +150 / -500, regardless of win streak, losing streak, win rate, K/D, or performance.

If those factors do not seem to matter in that situation, why does facing a 5 stack as a solo queue player create such an extreme rating risk?

Premier Matchmaking Needs Better Solo Queue Protection

I mostly play Premier as a solo queue player, and I understand that sometimes I will be matched against a 5-stack. That part is frustrating, but I can accept it.

What I do not understand is how often matches become unplayable because of people abandoning early, intentionally trolling, or giving up immediately after a few rounds. In solo queue, one player doing this can completely ruin the match for everyone else, especially when the enemy team is coordinated.

I am not asking for easy games or a free rating. I just want the system to better protect solo queue players from matches where the competitive integrity is gone within the first few rounds.

Some possible improvements:

- Stricter penalties for early abandons in Premier

- Better detection for repeated griefing or intentional throwing

- Clearer separation or balancing between solo/duo players and full 5-stacks

- Reduced rating loss when a teammate abandons very early

Premier is supposed to be the main competitive mode, but right now, solo queue often feels less like a fair match and more like gambling on whether your teammates actually want to play.
