Wait Quantum exists in New Vegas?
I just noticed how I never ran into the thing. Is it like a super rare and limited drink as well in this game?

I was on my way to get Herbert Daring Dashwood’s ghoul manservant Argyle when suddenly this… thing showed up and wouldn’t you know it a Deathclaw shows up. I don’t know if it was caused by the Deathclaw or that it is a Deathclaw who learned how to (painfully) fly
So I’m at level 21-ish, so I definitely got the level cap increase from BS, but Dogmeat is still weirdly fragile. I’ve heard tales of him soloing groups of Super Mutants yet he once died to a single Sentry Bot (which is no pushover, but still)
So using console commands it looks like he still has the base game’s max HP despite, again, me being over the base game’s level-20 cap
I am using these mods from The Best Of Times up until the Bug Fix mod section and beyond because they add in unused content and I prefer not to include them yet
I was near the radio station thing North of the Temple of the Union, where suddenly I hear an explosion and some blue stuff appeared. I thought I triggered a trap but nope, apparently it’s an Alien spaceship exploding and dropping a gun and its ammo. Thankfully I had Dogmeat gather up the scattered ammo and the gun so now I have a super weapon that I’ll never use because I shall hoard its limited resources till the end of the game
I'm currently having issues with Steam Overlay not working with my Fallout 3 game. I've been installing mods listed here but it didn't work. Maybe it's because I installed the supplementary files wrong?
So I only just noticed how I only apparently played this game for "4 minutes" across several days. Plus I cannot use Steam screenshot despite overlay being on, and my auto-recording is off as well
I did install a mod called "Fallout Anniversary Patcher" to get the game running as it kept crashing beforehand, but does that affect Steam and Steam Overlay?
Fo1 has the Vault Dweller, Fo2 has the Chosen One, Fo3 has the Lone Wanderer, NV has the Courier, Fo4 has the Sole Survivor, and 76 has I think the Seventy-Sixers. What could the title of the next Fallout game’s player character be?
So Fallout 3 went on sale so I bought it on Steam. Any advice for stuff like gameplay or installation and all? I have played New Vegas before, if that helps?
I know about Tomas and his Star Cap Necklace, I just didn't expect he can die here. Poor dude...
I’ve heard rumors that Light Touch can affect non-light DLC armors like the Elite Riot Gear. Can anyone familiar with New Vegas jank tell me if it’s true or not? And have the YUP mod devs patched the glitch out if it’s true in the first place? I wanna go for a crit build but also wear medium armor in my playthrough and I need to know if Light Touch is worth grabbing in this case
This is my third playthrough, and I am running a Sniper + Grunt build. I might get the Ratslayer and/or This Machine then use the Hidden Valley shortcut to get to the DLC, getting an Int implant on the way for more skill points
iirc my S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats are 7 Str, 5 Per, 8 End, 1 Chr, 6 Int, 6 Agl, 7 Lck). I chose Fast Shot and Skilled (I have the YUP patch mod so I can’t abuse the rebuild glitch) and I’m gonna tag Guns, Repair, and Sneak after leaving Goodsprings
My first few perks are gonna be Light Touch, Rapid Reload, the gender perks, and Comprehension (I don’t know if YUP has fixed the DM perks rebuild glitch, though)
Is there anything else I should know/do before I enter Honest Hearts?

Is it because I have like 5+ people helping me, or because Lucky + Max Luck + Cowboy perk + JFP rounds are OP?
