Any good way to meet other riders in Seattle?

Hope this kind of post is allowed but, I just moved to Seattle 2 months ago and dont have anyone to ride with here. Was hoping I could get suggestions on meets or preferably motorcycle oriented cafes :)

Is there a medication I can take to completely kill my libido? (MtF)

Estrogen alone hasnt completely gotten rid of it and it just feels like a nuisance with my wife who has no libido whatsoever. Thaaanks
