I mostly game but I need Distroshelf and Brew for work so I picked Bluefin, only to find out that the Bazzite also ships with them. Would game compatibility and performance improve much if I rebased to Bazzite GNOME?
Has anybody tried it on linux? It's not mentioned in the compatibility list, but as an analog device it should probably work right?
Lutris emulating the Epic Games Launcher instead of replacing it seems like a cleaner solution to me, especially with games that support cloud saves. Heroic doesn't seem to have much support for cloud saves.
What does Heroic do better?

When launching Baldurs's Gate 3 on steam as is, no Larian launcher pops up. When forcing Proton-GE and passing [PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 PROTON_ENABLE_HDR=1 %command%], the Larian launcher does pop up, HDR works, but my FPS drops by about 20% (GPU is NVIDIA). Looking at the store page for BG3, it doesn't look like it has a Linux native build.
Could someone explain what is going on under the hood?
