Exclusive & Practical Tips for New iOS 26+ Devices

1. The Ultimate Concert Camera Hack
Turn on "Dual Capture" in the Camera app to record with both the front and rear cameras simultaneously! Use the rear lens for a panoramic view of the stage and the front lens for your reactions—it's an absolute game-changer for your vlogs. Plus, paired with the ultra-thin 5.6mm body, your arms won't get sore even after holding it up for a long time.

2. Auto-Tracking for Selfies
You absolutely need to enable the Center Stage feature on the new 18MP front camera! When taking group selfies, the frame will automatically adjust, track focus, and zoom in or out. You’ll never have to worry about someone getting squeezed out of the frame again, and manual zoom adjustments are smoother than ever.

3. Next-Level Eye Care Settings
For the OLED screen lovers, quickly navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size and enable "Display Pulse Smoothing." This significantly reduces PWM flickering, ensuring your eyes won't feel dry or tired even after hours of scrolling.

4. Ultimate Privacy: Hiding Apps
Long-press any app icon to use the newly added iOS 26 option: "Hide and Require Face ID." Once hidden, the app completely disappears from your Home Screen and can only be found in the "Hidden" folder within your App Library. It’s completely secure—no one can snoop, even if they know your passcode.

5. Back Tap Shortcuts
Transform the back of your phone into a secret button! Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Back Tap. You can set it so a double-tap turns on the flashlight and a triple-tap takes a screenshot. You can even link it to your Shortcuts—like triple-tapping to instantly open a specific app. It’s often much faster than using the side buttons!

6. One-Click Personalized Aesthetics
Long-press your Lock Screen background to instantly select an exclusive wallpaper that perfectly matches your device's physical color. Better yet, iOS 26 automatically tints your app icons to match the color scheme, instantly maxing out your Home Screen's visual appeal!

Simulate Hasselblad Camera Look on iPhone

Turn Your iPhone Into a Hasselblad in a Few Simple Steps!

  1. Pre-Shoot Settings

■ Turn on ProRAW and select 48MP resolution
Restores detail, texture and sharpness similar to a Hasselblad to a certain extent.
■ Disable Smart HDR
Prevent over-smoothing of light and shadow by computational algorithms, and preserve natural tonal transitions.
■ Custom Photographic Styles
Select the Cool photographic style when shooting. Adjust warmth and tint to replicate Hasselblad’s signature tone: cool base with subtle natural warmth.

  1. Classic Hasselblad Shooting Techniques

Shoot at the equivalent of 48mm focal length
Use the 2x digital zoom on your phone to mimic the classic Hasselblad perspective. It enhances the relationship between your subject and surroundings for more atmospheric photos.

Low-contrast lighting
Shoot in soft light or overcast conditions. Focus on your subject, drag down exposure to deepen shadows while retaining highlight details.

Composition
Turn on the 3×3 grid for framing. Place your subject within one-third of the frame. Keep negative space clean; use solid-color backgrounds to avoid clutter.

  1. Color Grading (Critical Step)

Even after completing the settings above, your photos will still differ noticeably from genuine Hasselblad imagery. Color grading is the key.
Two-stage workflow:
If you achieved satisfying results with steps 1 & 2, only Stage One is needed. If the look still falls short, apply Stage Two adjustments afterward.

Stage One: Built-in iPhone Photos Editor
Exposure +10
Highlights −40
Shadows +30
Contrast −15
Vibrance −10
Warmth −8
Tint +2
Sharpness +10

Stage Two: Advanced Adjustments (Third-Party Editing App)
Curves: Lift shadows slightly, gently pull down highlights (make minor tweaks; avoid over-editing).
HSL Tuning:
Blues: Saturation +5, Luminance −5
Greens: Hue +5, Saturation −8

All color grading values can be fine-tuned according to each individual shot.

Use these settings to turn your iPhone 17 Pro into a camera.

  1. Turn off Lens Correction
Go to Settings > Camera and disable Lens Correction. Apple automatically corrects distortion, which softens image edges, especially in low light. Turn it off.
Take selfies and ultra-wide photos for before-and-after comparison. Choose the look you prefer.

  2. Switch to 48MP
Go to Settings > Camera > Formats. Set the top option to High Efficiency. Then enable ProRAW & Resolution Control.
Open the Camera app. Tap the resolution indicator at the top of the screen to switch to 48MP.
Your phone features a 48MP sensor, but Apple saves photos as 24MP by default. This only works for the main (1x) camera on iPhone 14 Pro and newer models.
Note: 48MP files are several times larger. Shoot in 48MP for important photos; keep 24MP for everyday shots.

  3. Lower Exposure
Tap your subject when taking a photo; a sun icon will pop up. Drag it downwards. iPhones consistently overexpose images by default.
Faces can look washed out, and skies appear pale.
Slightly lowering exposure delivers richer colors, bluer skies and more natural skin tones. This is the most widely used trick by professional photographers shooting on iPhone.

  4. Enable ProRAW (Pro models only)
Go to Settings > Camera > Formats, then turn on ProRAW & Resolution Control. Standard photos get compressed the moment you capture them.
