Just an update with my gauge cluster issues

Since I’ve posted, I’ve made sure none of my needles are rubbing on the face. I’ve reset my cluster. I’ve done a cluster check all of them move the same during the test, but as seen in the video at low speeds when I start to drive the speedometer and fuel consumption gauge are laggy I really would appreciate some help

Hey! Just did a needle swap and I'm having concerns when I start to drive, move or go forward my spedo does not move so fast for the first bit. I do not remember it being so laggy it's rather confusing that my speed is still accurate

I just did a needle swap on my Project ZHP swap. I've noticed my spedo does not move until I'm up to 5-10 mph, I don't know why. It didn't do it before but positive the speed is still as accurate as before. Any help?
