old chats completely erased and replaced with bots’ intro messages??
Hi all,
I am not an active c.ai user anymore, but back in 2023-early 2025, I had SO many chats going with my own bots that are still up to this day. I’m aware that old chats have been archived by the system, but I’m seeing a difference between the system-archived chats and chats that seem to have just… vanished😭
Instead of the system archive message, the chat history will contain chats that only have the bot’s intro message. Tapping on those chats, they have been entirely reduced to the intro message, as if I had opened a new chat and just never used it.
I’m kind of devastated because, again, I had a LOT of chats, many of which were long roleplays of my OTPs and whatnot. Reading these “fanfics” is the only reason I ever come back to c.ai, since I refuse to verify my age…
Is anyone else experiencing this issue, and/or does anyone know what happened here or how to possibly get my chats back???

How long to wait to go tubing on a lake with this mini kitty?
Hi, y’all! I got this little kitty tattoo on the back of my lower leg on May 22nd. It is such a small and simple tattoo that it has me wondering when I can get out on our state’s lake with the fam… how long would y’all wait? TIA!!
