Verbally accepted to an offer that I put at the start of the HR interview when they asked me for the salary expectations. Now I believe I can get 5-10k more. No written offer has been sent yet. Should I try asking for the bump? (I have very specialized experience for the role so it’s fair) (scares offer recinded even tho I don’t think it will happen, no other job offers btw)

Lorenzo is clearly waiting on Jasmine to give the green light and he would entertain it. Jasmine has too much pride to give Lorenzo another chance because she thinks that he will go back to his non-chalant ways, she doesn’t trust this version of him is real. It’s really that simple.
I will be close to 600k to wheel. I’m at the age where I’m thinking of buying a house, but the income I would lose on the down payment is insane using the wheel method. For those who have been doing this for a while with a larger account and moved out, did you always focus on renting or said fuck it I’m going to earn less income and use this money for a down payment? (I still have a job, but I feel like I make more annually wheeling)
