How do u enjoy riven when 75% of matchups are proxying

Yeah idk, feels like 75% of my matchups against tanks and fighter tanks I have no choice but to proxy, even if I’m two kills ahead, when they hit 6 with their first armor items, I literally can’t lane against them so I have to proxy. How is it fun to play a champ that requires heavy proxy into almost every tank, some even non tanks “illaoi”, and if I get ganked once while proxying because I’m not a pro at tracking enemy jg every move, it’s gg. How do u get over this bullshit, or is it just the champs identity, go next and find a diff champ to play ig.

I'm in bronze currently, I otp darius top, ive been playing for at least 4-5 months now, and outperform my teammates almost every game, but even when my teammates do good and we win, i'll still have a full inting team for the next two games after one win, which brings my lp back down. It just feels impossible to actually rankup in low ranks because of people just running it down as they feel, or just giving up lane for free because they dont understand the game yet or certain matchups, which I could totally understand at lower ranks. The thing is, I just dont see how i'm supposed to carry every lane every game to get to the point where im in a rank where people will start trying more, or better yet, be at the same skill level as me. I just want to play games where it isnt a complete stomp for my laning phase, and my teammates arent literal boulders attached to my ankles. I feel like I do a decent job of pushing around the map after I'm up levels and gold with kills from top, but by the time im able to start pushing around the map, mid and bottom on the opposing team are already pretty fed, and i feel I'm not able to leave lane too early cause the risk of losing tower/farm/ and letting the opposing toplaner catch back up. I just need advice, im assuming ill eventually rankup over time, it just feels hopeless honestly. Ive also done some vod reviews recently and taken notes which has helped alot, any advice helps, thank you.
