I. Also considered ”Laplace’s Angel (Hurt people? Hurt people!)“ for Mikoto to show his “am I really that bad?!” shtick in T1 but replaced it with Ghost City Tokyo (which I ALSO almost assigned to Fuuta but I didn’t want to give him TOO many songs) instead.

I‘ve been thinking sm about songs outside of Milgram in relation to Milgram prisoners so much its Crazy. (I am SO big on Shunran Fuuta and Ikirutte-Nandayo Yuno ahhhhh)

If you want to ask about certain song choices or comment the song you associate with the prisoners go ahead. I just needed somewhere to place my ever-multiplying brainworms T_T

Is this alignment chart partially an excuse to share my gender-apathetic Fuuta headcanon? No. I mean yes, well I just wanted to do the alignment chart with Milgram characters and then it evolved into an excuse. Yay?

I feel like Fuuta being Apagender or even unlabeled fits him pretty much since a theme ongoing with him is gender expectations and possibly dysmorphia / dysphoria. With him having Every reason to be insecure about himself (below average height, eyebags, crooked teeth), being gender apathetic might be a way for him to reject traditional gender expectations or images and just be— well, himself.

Not to mention that one T2 interrogation question asking him if he was happy about his gender. He answered something like “Well, it is what it is. For some reason it feels like if you’re a man, you need to work. So it’s annoying.” Which. OuuuuhhhhhhhhhhHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (EXPLODES)

I’m like 99.99% sure most of the Fuuta fanbase (and Milgram as a whole) shares the same headcanon but I just wanted to yap a little about it anyway. Thanks and goodbye (disappears in a cloud of smoke)

I don’t have a least favorite song. Also idk if the human cover counts or not since it’s technically a different instrumental altogether but I hope it does since I’m kind of obsessed with Milgram rn and also OBSESSED with the Mozaik Role cover.

I would have put Suicide Parade in the relatable songs section but then I would just be spamming it so I put another one of Yurry Canon’s songs that I find super relatable, Todestrieb instead :)

Salamander is probably the most obvious choice of cover for Fuuta, one look at the lyrics and you can tell why it was chosen for him.

I believe Rookie is about a person putting up a cold, abrasive and ‘cool’ front to hide their sins underneath, but as the song lyrics suggest, it’s branded on them like a Tattoo they can’t wash off, much like how Fuuta’s guilt and shame will never leave him until the day he dies because the object of his guilt is already dead.

But I can’t find any real justification for Mozaik Role??? Maybe the best thing I can come up with is that the bonds he shares with his online friends were superficial, as the song is about superficial love (to me), but I can’t wrap my head around why it was chosen for Fuuta.

Honestly, I think if they were going for a fit lyrics wise, Mikoto and Fuuta should have switched covers. Monopoisoner has lyrics that fit Fuuta far better than it does Mikoto (in my opinion), especially these lyrics:

”As for who is right, look here,” / “It’s already been decided that I am on the side of justice, OK?” / ”You’re nothing but a devil and yet” / ”You’ve gotten way too full of yourself” / ”Since there’s no one else as despicable as you,” / ”I beg of you, why don’t you just go off and die already?”

Not to mention there are multiple Gumis in the original music video of Mozaik Role, which, I mean, of course it fits Mikoto, doesn’t it?

If it really is “oh yeah he would sound good singing this!” Then ignore me and take this as a chance for my to yap about why each of Fuuta’s covers fit him specifically. Thank you and have a nice day.

(I still love Mozaik Role to DEATH though. Theres a reason why it is and always will be one of my favourite Milgram covers of all time <3)

So I had the idea of Retry Now Mikoto for a bit since like. Bonk swing bat and whatever but didn’t exactly know how to execute it without it being ooc. Then I had an idea and some free time and RAN to my tablet, sat down for 7 hours and drew this.

John being the one to reset the loop (aka kill the person Mikoto loves which is Fuuta in this case because I like 0309) every time because he knows how important the person is to Mikoto and all he wants is to see Mikoto happy and THAT person is the key to everything. But the catch is, Fuuta keeps falling for someone else or only sees Mikoto as a friend. So John is the one who knows about the loop. Who remembers. John is the one stuck in the loop trying to get that person and Mikoto together and he tries and he tries and tries and fails and fails and fails and! You get it. Dont worry, I’m sure he’ll succeed someday <3

Honestly, Zenchi Zennou can share the top spot with Double over there. Both of the songs sound like an emotional breakdown/spiral in song form and I can’t unhear it SAVE ME I WANT TO HUG HARUKA AND MIKOTO SO BADLY

Hi everyone. I love angry and sometimes edgy characters who are the ‘counterpart’ to their ‘main person’ who are both stressed and represses all their anger in their day to day life. And who would also do anything to protect/guide them. Who are also extremely reserved and untrusting and stubborn but can be a nice person if you’re kind to them and (somehow!) get them to trust you.

Though to be fair, John is probably more mature than Niikai is.

Ik there’s another Iyowa song called Wasure Mono that fits Mikoto a lot better but I’m an artist and I have free will to draw whatever I want.

Ive gotten into Milgram pretty recently and as I am far too lazy and busy to go do all the analyzing for all the characters myself, I’ll invite you to ramble about your favourites under this post. If anyone wants to know, I’ve personally grown fond of Fuuta, Amane and Mikoto myself. Amane and Mikoto make me so sad. I want to protect them.

I like Heat abnormal. I like Kajiyama Fuuta. Kajiyama Fuuta has motifs of fire and heat. Boom?
