I have life extension chlorophyll capsules(supposedly copper-free but I'm not sure). How often should I take it? Is anyone else taking this? Wondering about safety because I have bad reactions to too much metals.

are there any supplements to clean up your blood, insides? I noticed that my sweat is offensive, smells like a very dirty beach like hot salty sand. I can smell on my plastic water bottle from my holding it. I've tried all forms of chlorophyll and drinking more water and different soaps. Is there anything to make my sweat not stink?
