Too much in my head, no idea what to do first - Mod Approved

Hey everyone!

I checked with the mods before posting this and they were kind enough to let me share it here.

I’m the solo founder of Questline.one. I built it around a problem I deal with constantly: having way too much in my head and not knowing what to tackle first.

You dump everything on your mind - work, errands, things you’ve been avoiding, random thoughts and Questline turns it into a prioritized plan with clear next steps. You can adjust as you go.

A surprising number of early users have told me they have ADHD and that this flow has helped them feel less overwhelmed, which is why I wanted to share it here and get your feedback.

I’d love to give 1 year of Questline Pro free to anyone in this community who wants to test it.

If you'd like to try it, comment "Questline" below and I'll get you set up. If you don't hear from me feel free to message me directly or reach out to support@questline.one

No pressure to give feedback, but good/bad/weird feedback is extremely welcome while I’m still building.

[Web/Mobile] ($12 → FREE Access) Questline – Stop wondering what to do next

Hey everyone,

I built Questline.one because most days my problem wasn't having nothing to do... it was having too many things to do and not knowing where to start.

Questline lets you dump everything on your mind and turns it into a focused plan with:

  • Focus – your highest-impact work
  • Quick Wins – fast but meaningful tasks
  • Backlog – everything that matters, but not right now

I'm still actively building it, and after another week of feedback and improvements, I'd love to get it in front of more people. I'm especially curious whether the brain dump → structured plan workflow actually helps you get unstuck, and what still feels confusing or unnecessary.

Hundreds of people tried it in the last week of launching, and thanks to all of the feedback, I've spent another 40+ hours polishing the experience.

I'm inviting members of this community to try Questline while I continue building it.

If you'd like to try it, comment "Questline" below and I'll get you set up. If you don't hear from me feel free to message me directly or reach out to philip@questline.one

And if you have any thoughts, questions, bugs, or brutally honest feedback after trying it, I'd genuinely love to hear it. Nearly every update over the last week has come directly from early users.

Thanks for checking it out!

Questline: Turn chaos into your next moves (Free access)

Hey everyone!

I built Questline.one because most days my problem wasn't having nothing to do.

It was having too many things to do and not knowing where to start.

Instead of organizing tasks one by one, Questline lets you dump everything on your mind and turns it into a structured plan:

  • Focus – your highest-impact work
  • Quick Wins – small but meaningful tasks you can knock out quickly
  • Backlog – everything that matters, but not right now

You can also:

  • Build recurring habits ("Reps")
  • Set long-term goals ("Vision")
  • Get suggestions to help break down overwhelming projects and decide what to do next

The goal isn't to replace your calendar or reminders, it's to help you go from mental clutter to clear action.

I'd love to get some honest feedback from this community, so I'm giving away 1 year of Questline Pro for free to anyone interested.

To claim it: Comment "Questline" below and I'll send you a promo code. If I miss you, feel free to DM me or email me at philip@questline.one.

Platform: Web (works great on desktop and mobile, and can be added to your home screen)

Feedback is completely optional, but if you do try it, I'd genuinely love to hear:

  • What confused you?
  • What felt useful?
  • What would make you come back?

I'm building Questline in public and shipping updates almost every day based on user feedback.

Thanks for checking it out!

This simple shift finally stopped me from abandoning every to-do list I made.

For years I'd try to sort everything into folders, lists, and priorities before I even got started.

It never lasted.

Eventually I realized I didn't need a better organizational system, I needed to get everything out of my head first, then organize it afterwards.

That's the idea behind something I've been building called Questline.one.

The image is an actual before-and-after of how it transforms a messy brain dump into a structured action plan.

I'm curious: How do you organize your life when everything starts feeling scattered?

I'd genuinely love feedback from people who enjoy organizing because I think you'll notice things I've completely overlooked.

If you'd like to try Questline, comment "Questline" below or send me a DM and I'll give you one year of free access while it's still in beta.

Cheers,

Philip

[Web] [$12/mo → Free Lifetime] Questline: Turn chaos into your next moves

Hey everyone,

I built Questline.one because most days my problem wasn't having nothing to do.

It was having too many things to do and not knowing where to start.

Questline lets you dump everything on your mind and turns it into a structured Questline:

I'm making lifetime access free for this community for a limited time.

Product: Questline

Normal price: $12/month or $100/year
Giveaway: Free lifetime access
How to claim: Comment "Questline" below and I'll send you a lifetime access code. If you don't hear from me, feel free to DM me or email me at philip@questline.one.

If you have any questions, ask away. I'm still actively building Questline every day.

Thanks for checking it out!

Would this gamification system actually keep you motivated?

Hey everyone,

I built Questline.one because most days my problem wasn't having nothing to do, it was having too many things to do and not knowing where to start.

I've always loved how games make progress feel rewarding, so I started wondering if those same mechanics could make everyday life feel a little less overwhelming.

Questline lets you dump everything on your mind and turns it into a structured Questline: Main Quests, Side Quests, and a Bounty Board for lower-priority tasks. As you make progress, you earn XP, build streaks, and level up over time.

I'm still actively building it and would love feedback from people who are into gamification.

I'm especially curious about:

  • Do the game mechanics actually make you want to come back?
  • Which parts feel the most motivating?
  • What feels unnecessary or gimmicky?

If you'd like to try it, comment "Questline" below and I'll get you set up. I'm looking for honest feedback while I keep improving it. You can also reach me directly at philip@questline.one.

If you have any thoughts, questions, or brutally honest feedback after trying it, I'd love to hear it in the comments.

If you think it's an interesting take on gamification, an upvote helps more people see it and gives me the chance to collect more feedback.

Thanks for checking it out!

Cheers,
Philip

[Web/Mobile] ($12 → FREE Access) Questline – Stop wondering what to do next

Hey everyone,

A few days ago I shared Questline.one here and honestly wasn't expecting the response it got.

Hundreds of comments, thousands of people checked it out, and enough traffic to crash the site twice.

While I was trying to respond to everyone, my Reddit account ended up getting suspended.

So if you commented and never heard back from me, I wasn't ignoring you.

I wanted to make sure anyone who was still looking for Questline could find it again.

Since then, I've spent another 40+ hours rebuilding and polishing it almost entirely from the feedback this community gave me.

Some of the biggest improvements:

  • Much smoother onboarding
  • Major mobile improvements
  • Fixed account verification issues
  • Cleaner first Questline experience
  • Dozens of UX improvements and bug fixes

I built Questline because most days my problem wasn't having nothing to do, it was having too many things to do and not knowing where to start.

Questline lets you dump everything on your mind and turns it into a focused Questline with Main Quests, Side Quests, and Bounties, so you always know what to tackle next instead of staring at a giant list.

I'm inviting members of this community to try Questline while I continue building it.

If you'd like to try it, comment "Questline" below and I'll get you set up. If you don't hear from me feel free to message me directly or reach out to philip@questline.one

And if you were one of the people who tried the first version, I'd genuinely love to know one thing:

Does this version feel noticeably better?

That's the feedback I'm chasing right now.

If you enjoy what I'm building and want to help more people discover it, an upvote would really mean a lot.

Thanks again for all the feedback. Every comment has genuinely helped shape Questline into what it is today, and I'm excited to hear what you think of this version.
