New to ATS and have a few questions.

Hi, I have about 30hrs in ATS and have a few questions about the game.

I'm planning on buying some maps and loads during the Steam summer sale. Do I have to do anything to my game (reinstall it, check any boxes etc...) or will it immediately detect the DLCs?
Is there a way to change what exactly is in the HUD? The recent update added more stuff to the HUD and its kinda distraction.
Is there a way to change the opacity of the HUD?
Has there been any updates when the road trip update will be? I'm excited to just drive around in a regular car sometimes lol
