Shipping Delay

Long story short, prescription was sent to Boudreaux on June 19th. They created a label and provided shipping info the following week. But they never shipped it. Support looked into it and they promised this past Monday it would be shipped. That didn’t happen. Still not shipped and I assume I’m not getting it this week. I did message support today. So next week would be pushing 2-3 weeks. I remember with ProRX I received it in less than a week. Anyone else have this problem?

Port Out Problem

This has been an ongoing issue now since last week. Trying to port from US Mobile to ATT for one line. Every time US Mobile sends me the account number and pin via email. But when I give it to ATT, they attempt the port but fails for incorrect information. The last time this was attempted, US Mobile blamed ATT for putting in the formation wrong. I was advised by US Mobile to have ATT cancel the port and try again. Well I did that, and I thought it went through because the line disappeared from my US Mobile account and they assured me it was ported out. Nope, turns out US Mobile lost my number and couldn’t find it for days. I literally had to argue with customer service over chat to add it back to my account this week.

So what is it gonna take for US Mobile to give me correct port information? I’m tired of the blame game.

Online Order Problem

Long story short, ordered online for new service and transferring a phone number. Order gets confirmed then there’s a problem with porting. Called in and gave them the port information again. Got a email saying transfer is complete and phone gets shipped.

Got the phone the following week and the problems start. I’m unable to activate it, no eSIM shows up. Called CS, can’t talk to anyone because the phone number is not in the system and I can’t create an online account because I don’t know the account number. So go to a store, they find the account but it’s blank. Literally nothing on the account. No service plan, no installment plan, just nothing. Phone is not on there either so they searched the imei of the phone, comes back with nothing as well.

Their support can’t access the account without a pin, I never set a pin. Tried to create an online account using that account number, asks for a code but I never get it. Only option is mail a code to my address.

I call port team or whatever they are called, turns out they could never get the number transferred so they cancelled the transfer. But somehow I get a email confirmation that transfer is complete??? I guess that then triggered the online order to be shipped.

So I’m at a loss, what do I do now? Wait for a code in the mail that may never come? Do I just have a free phone now since there’s nothing on the account? (Probably get blacklisted eventually). I setup autopay when I ordered, will I get charged for payments?

Problems with Identity Verification

Been trying to get ATT phone service for years now. Been a year since my last rejected identity verification. I visited a corporate store, they attempted it and I went through the entire identity questionnaire over the phone while at the store still rejected. Figured I try again this year, want to make use of an employer discount and home internet discount.

Ran into the same problem when finalizing the online order….
I even did the credit check and it said I qualified for device payments. Then I realized it kept changing my home address, I would put in XX S Main St. And every time it would change to XX Main St instead. Could this be the reason why I keep getting rejected? And how does that even work? Like this address has existed since the early 1900s. How can I get this fixed?
