Logged in everyday to get the achievement and after 600 days it stopped registering and went back to zero can anyone help?

Anyone else confused or is it just me lol.
Do I have to carry the masks around with me to be able to use them and is it hit or miss which masked bunny things give you a mask or do they all as I am totally lost asto which ones to bother chasing.

Edit YES you do have to carry the masks with you (more room taken up ugh!)

I know it is only a game but I am 60 disabled and bedroom bound and apart from when my husband or kids come in to chat I have nothing. I was out hunting and someone in chat saidhow they had got 10 jacat plushies and I am never that lucky. Then I got one after the other and was blown away when I wnt back tp my plot I only had one (I have looked in storage and H) and the other day 2 of my 10 mil plushies vanished. That is all I play the game for is to collect the plushies. Sad I know but today I just want to log off and cry.

Edit Just to say you are all so lovely and kind, I didn't post this for sympathy or to get other peoples plushies I am just so sad my 10 mil plushies vanished. Thank you all so much foryour offers. I didn't want to annoy the devs so close to a huge update I really was curious to know was it a known glitch first. I have put in a ticket and will see what happens thanks again.

I have logged in every day and just realised it is showing 25/700, which looks like I have been pushed back to the beginning of the process again

I was stupid and did the "upgrade" and hate it. We had bought two boxes and then only I was using mine upstairs and the other box wasn't updated so I am wondering if I could use that box till Tivo is finally gone? Can't gt a legible answer from them in emails.

Edit change being forced in July so seems no point me getting the other box to try for such a short time. Can not wait till my contract ends!!
