How do I change the 24hr ring ? It span by itself once when I was setting the time, and I can’t change it back and it’s driving my insane

when take the CF card and plug it into the adaptor to transfer files on my iPad it’s just black and static
Is this an Apple problem doesn’t read the files or is there a step I’m missing ? NOTE the camera is perfect runs on tapes records no issues at all

I’ve tried to connect my FS-H200 into a laptop usb to usb but won’t get a reading (maybe not the right cord or need to update the system)
