A few months ago, I started looking for an office chair. Then I joined this sub. What have I become?

The Aerons were $35 each, the leap v2's were $150 each, the Embody was $650 if you are wondering why I have all of these chairs.

My buddies and I found a guy downsizing his collection. $3 per box!

Do any of these decks stand out? Any information would be awesome to know as we are all pretty new and just bought what we liked haha

Packet Loss

Is anyone else experiencing packet loss in every single game? I'm at a loss. I don't know what to do anymore. I have changed all of my graphics settings to low, tried to optimize my cpu using a user.cfg file, opened all of the necessary ports, changed my dns to google dns, restarted my router, flushed my dns, optimized my ethernet in the device manager, ping test to my gateway DNS, ping test to Cloudflare servers, everything seems stable on my end. It only seems to happen on this game and it seems to happen the most at night time. What gives? Is it the battlefield servers? Is it my ISP? Is it my system? Any help would be appreciated.

Steelcase leap v2 vs Amia seat replacement

I'm really skinny 130lbs 5'9. I recently got a steelcase leap v2 and I love it, but I can't sit in it for more than an hour with pain in my butt bones. I feel like it has something to do with my narrow butt really pressing down into the seat rather than a wider frame spreading the pressure evenly across the seat. I can feel the bottom of the seat and I don't like it. Instead of buying a new chair, I was just going to buy a replacement leap v2/amia seat from crandall. I'm leaning more towards the amia seat becuase I've heard the cushion is really nice. Which seat is the thicker of the two? Should I actually buy one of these new seats should I just buy a cushion to go on top of the seat, or should I just buy an new chair altogether? I have a herman miller mirra 2 that also has the same problem. Any suggestions?

Steelcase leap v2 butt pain

Context: I am 5'9(175cm) and 130lbs(59kg). I play video games with the seat locked all the way up in the upright position with a footrest and the seat pan 3 fingers width from the back of my legs.

I bought a seemingly very good condition used Steelcase leap v2 a month or so ago. I love the chair, but there is one major problem I simply cannot get over: butt pain. The weird thing is I can sit at my office for 8 hours in the leap with no issue, but if I spend an hour or more sitting in it while playing video games, I get so much butt pain that I am sore the next day. I pay close attention to my posture at all times; I don't think my posture is any different when playing games than it is when working at my office, but I could be wrong. I also have a Herman Miller Mirra 2 that I tried to use as well, but I have the same issue! All day sitting at work is fine in the Herman Miller Mirra 2, but 1 hour of gaming will leave me sore.

I don't weigh a lot, so it does not make sense to me that a $1500 chair would hurt me so much. The pain is not in my tailbone, but rather in the bones I am sitting directly on top of if that makes sense. I posted this to ask, could it be possible my leap v2 seat is simply worn out, or is this just how the chair is? It almost feels as if the seat it bottoming out, but I don't see this being likely because I am much smaller than the average person and these chairs are supposed to be built to last.

I am looking into buying a replacement seat from Crandall with the extra padding, but I don't know if the issue is something deeper than the seat cushion itself. Any recommendations or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Butt pain in high-end chairs

I have both a fully loaded herman miller mirra 2 and a steelcase leap v2. I can sit in the 8 hours a day at work no problem, but when I sit down to game at home, I can't sit in either of them for more than 1-1.5hours without my butt bones hurting. What gives? I have a good posture, so I don't think that's the issue, but any insight is welcome.

I'm in a remote area in Louisiana and it's keeping me from pursuing my dream

A few years ago, I was a data integrations engineer for a health insurance company. I was excited, I loved it, I loved the learning and the growth. The job was very rewarding and satisfying and I was allowed to work from home. Last year, I was laid off along with around 50% of the IT department. Since then, I have not been able to find another job like it. Right now, I'm working as a data manager at a local title office, but it is not fulfilling and the pay is much worse than what I was making. I have been looking for a new job ever since I was hired here as I thought this job would just be a stepping stone to my next career. My dream job is to be a data engineer. I love working with data, and I love programming. Data engineering is a good balance between the two. After 8 months of searching, I have not even gotten a single interview. This is extremely disheartening and discouraging because I have put in literally hundreds of applications. I know I am capable. I am an honest worker and quite actually love doing it. I don't really know what to do at this point, but I just can't stand the feeling of being under-utilized and not learning anything new for my career. I don't really know why I'm making this post, just a bit of a rant to maybe comfort those in the same position as me.

I found a seller on facebook selling an LG 75QNEW85UQA for $200, but it needs repair. I talked him down to $150, but I still don't know if I would be able to fix it for a reasonable amount of money. To me, it sounds like the power board has gone out, but it is a little bit of a gamble. He still has the box, which is a good sign imo. There is no damages or scratches to the screen. I reckon it would be just about $300 for the TV and a new power board. Does this sound like a good deal? I would love to have an Mini-LED TV, but I have heard mixed reviews on these Mini-LED LG TV's. I'm not really in the market to buy a TV, but it sounds too good to pass up(I don't know anything about this). Could someone with more insight please give me some advice?

For context, I am in the middle of nowhere, Louisiana. I'm visiting a friend this weekend in Ft. Worth, Texas and thought it would be a great opportunity to try out some new office chairs. Unfortunately, after scouring Google maps for a while, it looks like there are only a few places with Herman Miller chairs, and I don't see any places with Steelcase chairs. I decided to check the facebook marketplace for the area I will be staying in and there seems to be plenty of individual sellers sitting on stockpiles of the highest quality chairs. They don't have showrooms, but some have dozens of chairs from various different brands. This is not a one-off thing. There are many sellers in the area selling a lot of different chairs. All of the listings say cash only. This is a little concerning, but makes sense as most people don't have card machines. Is there something I am missing? Are these marketplace sellers scammers? Why do individuals on facebook seem to have much more inventory than any showroom/liquidator in the area?
