ngl i was already prefarming her but people were dooming about how she's a generalist prone to falling off. i wanted to get her for welt to have a small upscale (usually on welt/sunday/robin/dhpt), but now i'm not sure if should risk my pulls... id want to get e1s1 to help the welt team get as much speed as possible for extra turns.

hello! this is my e6s1 phainon (cerydra-rmc-cyrene when I pull her e2)

im aware that phainon overcaps on crit by 10%ish. i have two options: either farm a wavestrider piece with more crit dmg or farm a membrance maze rope with more crit dmg. if i remove either, then he is comfortably at 74-75% crit rate pre combat.

im also aware that the new set is slightly better (like 2% more) for phainon especially if he is e2+, which is why i'm showing his pre combat to you all. he has had his set since his release in 3.4

should i keep wavestrider and trade my overcapped crit rate for more crit damage

hello ! i've had e6s1 phainon ever since 3.4 and he has done wonderful ever since. however, sunday is now off to support welt so i am down a support. i have a guarantee ready and i'm planning to pull cyrene. my question is: should i pull cyrene e2 or e0? i will be pulling her lightcone. i'm aware e2 provides a healthy buff increase from cyrene, but i'd like to narrow down my options.
for info, the team i'm using him is phainon/cerydra/rmc/cyrene. thank you!
