I tried downloading the game from steamrip and ankergames but it didn't work please help me with it

I have Lenovo Loq Ryzen 5 7235HS Quad Core 16gb Ram and RTX 3050 6gb I want to play Cyberpunk 2077 in high settings

Some area give me low fps but I want 45+ fps in those areas too

Other than that if i somehow get 60-70fps in normal It would be fine

Please help me adjust the settings in high for more fps🥲
