It was already like this when I got this citrus zest cestrum from the 50% off at lowes. It perked up but then went back to this when we had a rainy day. I was thinking it must need better draining soil and planning to gently shake amap out and replace with a 50 50 perlite potting mix. Thoughts? Anyone familiar with these? Is there hope for this baby? Zone 9 this plant gets about 12 hours of patio sun mixed with plenty of shade,
